Based on Edip Cansever’s poem, Çağrılmayan Yakup follows a solitary figure caught between belonging and estrangement, visibility and disappearance. Through repetition, physical transformation and poetic language, the work turns the body into a site where alienation, memory and the struggle to exist within imposed identities become visible.
